You are welcome to the Guilan International Exhibitions Company, where you can conduct commercial negotiations and sign contracts with many potential and actual buyers. As an exhibition site holder, we do select exhibition organizers who are quite aware of their jobs and are professional and know how to manage the delicate balance of this complicated profession; they must be well informed personalities who are aware of the role of accurate directorship in the success of an international exhibition and do their jobs as exact and correct as possible.

Visa Facilities

You as the exhibitors can send the completed visa form and fax or mail it through the organizer of the fair to the Guilan International Exhibitions Co. management for official operations and after a few days you can collect your visas from the embassies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in your respective countries. Further there are inhabitants of some countries who can get entry visas in the airports of IRAN, the names of which shall be announced in a near future.

Arrival and Stay:

Rasht is a megalopolis city, located in the Northern part of the Islamic Republic of Iran; Rasht permanent fairground can be reached by air arriving at Imam Khomeini International Airport and by local flights to Rasht International Airport; by Caspian Sea (Anzali Port), by different highways ended to Rasht and Tehran- Rasht railway which shall be put into operation this year. Rasht International Airport is operating 24 hours and is ready to receive passengers coming from Tehran, from other provinces or directly from abroad.

Exhibitors and visitors from the CIS countries can enter the province through land borders of Astara located in the Western part of the province, Port Anzali in the Nord, Bajguiran land border in the Nord Eastern part of Iran and located in the Northern Khorassan Province; different highways connect Rasht to east and west and Tehran; those Non-Iranian participants arriving at the Imam Khomeini Airport in Tehran can co ordinate their arrivals time with the organizer to assist them to choose the easiest access routes to Rasht or arrange some kind of special service and in this respect the relevant organizer shall introduce one trustee tourist agent.

Hotels:

Rasht is a famous tourist city with all kinds of accommodation facilities; it has many first class hotels most of them not far from the fairground; they are acting in the framework of international standards; the personnel and agents working with them are so professionally educated and trained that they have the ability to grant high class hospitalities; further, transport services of the hotels help the exhibitors to reach the fairground very easily.

Hospitality of the Inhabitants

Inhabitants of the city of Rasht and the province of Guilan are very kind and hospitable; they respect tourists and try to help them when needed.
